For the last 8 months, I have been running weekly strength classes via Zoom. I’ve had the pleasure in building and training the most amazing community of ladies. If there is one thing the current pandemic has taught us, it’s that we are stronger together and that’s why I have continued to run my Zoom classes, even after gyms were able to reopen. This community is here to stay and grow! Introducing the F10.

ANY ONE. ANY TIME. ANYWHERE.

One of the best things about my Zoom classes? Expanding my reach. Being able to train ladies across the country – and let’s not forget one of my most loyal clients in the Middle East… alright, it’s my mum but you catch my drift!

If you’ve got room for a yoga mat, you’ve got room for my home workouts.

You’ll need resistance bands and a mat (non-slip). As you progress, you may wish to add weights to your sessions. All discussed and agreed with you directly.

STOP!

If you’re bored of scrolling through the 1000s of fitspo accounts on Insta or YouTube and are feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there, STOP! I’m here. Every session is planned with a view to you making progress week on week. You do not need to be the most coordinated person in the world to take part – we master the basics and then improve or add some more challenging variations. If you’ve never used weights before, not a problem, you can start with resistance bands before adding weights to your sessions.

ALL ABILITIES WELCOME

If you have pre-existing conditions such as Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, back problems – it’s all good. I’ve got you covered.

Whether you’re a total beginner to exercise, someone who’s simply lost their workout mojo or a hyperactive sporty spice – we’re good. I’ve got you all covered.

I also come highly recommended by Nadene Liddington, Chiropractor at Tivoli Chiropractic and Louise Rahmanou, Women’s Health Physio – two of the most reputable in our county.

GET WITH THE PROGRAMME

The F10 is my monthly subscription programme offering a mix of bodyweight, resistance and strength training in real time. Sessions are structured to ensure progression but also to ensure that you, personally, never feel like you can’t keep up.

Can’t make a session? No worries. Every single session is recorded and uploaded to a shared drive for you to access whenever and wherever you like. You do not need to be on Facebook to access the recordings. There is also no time limit.

The F10 isn’t just here for your physical wellbeing; I provide support around mindset and nutrition. Drawing from my own experiences and knowledge gained through 20 years of being involved in and working in the industry. Seeing the mindset change of my F10 members, towards both exercise and nutrition, has been one of the biggest rewards for me.

The F10 private Facebook Group is a space for me to motivate you to rock up each day but also a space for you to support and encourage each other. To get conversations going; be they about nutrition, workouts or what takeaway we’re all having on a Friday night.

    • Wednesday: 9.15am
    • Friday: 7.15am and 12.15pm
  • Unlimited access to all Zoom sessions filmed since March 2019 (currently over 100 sessions) via a shared drive
  • Direct access to me almost around the clock – no special Q&As required – just ask away, whenever you need to
