Community Online Training

  • 3 LIVE 45 minute Zoom Workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7.45am until the end of September. (When I return to work full time, these workouts will take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 11am)
  • Unlimited Access to all of my pre-recorded and recorded Zoom workouts (currently over 25 workouts) via a shared drive
  • Access to my private Facebook group where I post daily updates as well as remind and motivate you to join the Zoom sessions

Zoom Only Training

Please note that for both Online Training options – you will need to join a group induction class first, if you have no prior experience in strength training. This is to ensure that you are comfortable with form and how to perform the most common exercises to reduce the risk of injury and ensure that you get the most out of each session.
