Believe it or not - this is me! I was channeling my inner Cameron Diaz with the blonde bob but it looked like straw most of the time! It took A LOT to get my almost black hair blonde! This is me at my leanest back in May 2014. It was 2 weeks before a physique competition that I did in Denmark, where I came 5th in the open category (any age) and 2nd in the over-35s. As much as I rather liked being this lean, it took a lot to look like this. Literally blood, sweat, tears and sacrifice. 12 weeks of clean eating, day in, day out: steak, nuts and asparagus for breakfast, tilapia and broccoli for a mid-morning snack, turkey, spinach and sweet potato for lunch, salmon, more greens and maybe some rice for tea and casein (slow release protein powder) with a bowl of oats before bed. I ate that or a variation of that errrr-damn-day for weeks on end. I weight trained 5 times per week in the afternoon and did cardio every morning too. Some people find that kind of living easy but not me. I missed crisps, I missed wine, I missed having a social life and I REALLY missed Candy King at the movies! I learned so much on the journey though and one of those things was that you CAN eat and get LEAN! I ate a lot! Huge amounts of meat and carbs. My skin was always amazing and despite putting my body under a lot of duress, I never caught a cold or felt tired. It taught me how food really does treat you from the inside out. Would I like to be as lean as this now? Yeah, sure, why not? Am I willing to go back to that dark place and make all those sacrifices again? HELL NO! Total respect to those that do but… pizza and red wine and donuts! I do, however, still eat all that good food 80% of the time (70% more recently) but I enjoy the naughtier things when I want to too WITHOUT GUILT. With a photoshoot in just under 3 weeks, I'm reeling things in a bit to feel more confident on the shoot and look a little tighter. The reality is, even with training, I'm not gonna build a whole heap of muscle over the next few weeks so in order to look tighter, I've got to lose some fat and that means making a few sacrifices with my diet. Let's see what I can achieve! 💪🏼💪🏼

Every time I get my camera out, this kid turns her back on me, knowing she's making it difficult for mummy to take her pic! She's a proper cheeky little wench! Sometimes, when I look at pics of her, I hear this Iggy Pop song in my head and know that I’m gonna have my work cut out with her... she’s a total chip off the (not-so) old block! 😂 So, I’ll just leave you with the lyrics. P.s. I didn't know it was Iggy Pop that sang this, I know it from Pretty Woman - I'm old but I'm not THAT old! P.p.s. Her top is a tee that I sell! You can order via my site! Perfect for mama & baby fit classes which is tomorrow btw! Link to book in my bio! 💪🏼
******** "Well, I'm just outta school, like I'm real, real cool,
Gotta dance like a fool, got the message that I gotta be a wild one...
Ooh, yeah, I'm a wild one!
Gonna break it loose, gonna keep 'em movin' wild
Gonna keep a-swingin', baby, I'm a real wild child!
Gonna meet all my friends, gonna have ourselves a ball
Gonna tell my friends, gonna tell them all, that I'm a wild one!
Ooh, yeah, I'm a wild one!
Gonna break it loose, gonna keep 'em movin' wild,
Gonna keep a-swingin' baby, I'm a real wild child!
I'm a real wild one and I like a wild fun,
In a world gone crazy, everything seems hazy, I'm a wild one
Ooh, yeah, I'm a wild one!”

For all my clients... if it’s good enough for the The Rock - you know it’s good enough for you! 🍑🍑🍑 He may have called his Power Thrusts but these are in fact @bretcontreras1’ hip thrusters. These are what will build you buns of steel!! You can do them off a sofa too and pop a baby/toddler on you for weight. You really wanna be going deep and heavy on these so in the gym is even better. Feet nice and wide apart, toes facing forward, you want your back on the bench and the bench in line with your bra line as you dip down. Squeeze your glutes at the bottom of the movement and squeeze them all the way to the top, driving through your heels, drawing your belly button into your spine - all the while exhaling through your mouth. Inhale and relax your glutes as you lower back down. Also let your eye-line follow the movement - don’t leave your head hanging back and looking up as Mr Johnson did on some of his reps on the way down (sorry, big man) - protect your spine by keeping it neutral. Therefore, allow your eye-line to follow the movement. This exercise is SO GOOD for your pelvic floor ladies - SO GOOD! But you gotta do it correctly. Ideally you are lowering down slowly and powering it up explosively but for my ladies with lower back pains/issues, we do the whole movement slow and controlled. 👌🏼💪🏼🍑 #Repost @therock with @get_repost
These are called the “Hobbs Beef Piston Power Thrusts” 😂🥩 with 405lbs with a 15sec burn, churn and hold at the end.
Training and dieting extremely hard for the next 16 weeks to be in the strongest & best shape I can be in for my HOBBS & SHAW film.
This isn’t just another FAST & FURIOUS movie, it’s a spinoff opportunity to build out and grow the franchise and characters properly (taking a page out of MARVEL’s book) for audiences around the world to enjoy.
Fans have been asking for this spinoff for years and I’m happy to say finally, their wish is my command.
Let’s have some FUN.

⚖️ W E I G H T ⚖️ Left pic: Age 32; Weight: 59kg / 9st 4lb; Waist: 28 inches; Hips 38 inches; (I know these for a fact as I had to get measured for a bridesmaid dress a couple of months before.) Training: light strength training but not too heavy for fear of 'bulking'! Diet: Never went over 1200 kcals per day and didn't eat anything that had more than 6g of fat in it; Mood: Obsessed with being thinner, food on my mind constantly - yet most of the time feeling guilty about whatever 'bad' food I'd eaten, hated my hips and legs; Body: Skinny & shapeless arms, little mum-tum around my lower abdomen, wide flat arse, chunky legs. ***********************
Right pic: Age 39; Weight: 62kg / 9st 10lb; Waist: 26 inches; Hips 36 inches; (I know this for a fact as I measured it in front of @frankie_chelt_chapman this morning ) Training: strength training (as heavy as I can) 2 to 3 times (ideally 3, realistically 2) per week BUT I competed for 2 years in between and went to the gym 4 to 5 times per week until I had Jasmine and have always strength trained, so it doesn't take as much for me to maintain my physique now. Diet: No clue on how many calories per day. I'd guess about 2000. Sometimes more (always more at the weekends) - rarely less! Mood: Love getting stronger and stronger as I get older - not obsessed about anything anymore, just enjoy seeing the results gained from consistency and balance and I NEVER waste my life feeling guilty about food and if you watch my insta stories, you'll know it aint all 'clean' eating over here yo! Body: My hips aren't wide (but they also don’t lie), it's my waist that's small duhhhh! Ok comparatively, my hip to waist ratio is a little cray cray but I've learned to embrace my hips, much stronger and shapelier arms and shoulders, lean & muscly back, I actually have an arse!!! It's still a love / hate relationship with my legs, I wont lie. Sometimes we cool, other times, we aint friends but for those times, there are maxi-dresses! My mum tum is no longer a little paunch but there's an inch to pinch but that's my 'happy' - you know, burgers, prosecco and red wine! Continued in comments...

Throwback to this time last year when I did my last photoshoot. I had less muscle mass than I do know but was also carrying less fat. I’ve had the most amazing, creative, inspiring meeting with @littlecheltenham today and we are cooking up a storm for a shoot next month to celebrate my 40 years on this here planet. 🙀 The shoot is 4 weeks today so, since Monday, I’ve been tightening up my diet - no major changes to meals, just omitting the biscuits and crisps in between them and opting for nuts, fruit and boiled eggs for snacks instead. I’m so excited for this shoot and have NEVER done a shoot where we meet beforehand to come up with a variety of concepts, to then whittle those down to what we’ll do on the day. I’m so excited for this! I just know it’s gonna be amazing! Now to get my body ready for it. 💪🏼💪🏼 Kate - today was awesome! You are brilliant. I’m now actually looking forward to a shoot rather than dreading it! Thank you! ❤️

Take me back to this time last week, when we were singing and dancing at the Disney parade! I was worried that Jasmine would be too young to appreciate it but she absolutely loved it. James and Livi went off to make the most of the crazy rides while I hung out with J-bomb. I didn’t take her on a lot of rides as the queues were so long and I didn’t think it was fair on her to be stood in queues in the heat too, but we did a few and best of all, she sat through the whole 30 mins of the Mickey Mouse magic show, which was just amazing - especially as Olaf, Elsa and Cinderella made appearances. 😊 She also absolutely LOVED It’s a Small World - who doesn’t? ❤️ This was mine and Livi’s 5th time in Disney and it never gets boring! We just love it! Already looking forward to going again in a couple of years. It doesn’t have to be an extortionate trip either! We drove and went via @eurotunnel, which was £148 return. Booked a chalet through @airbnb for £266 and got 40% off our tickets with @picniq.uk! The biggest expense is getting sucked into buying all the bloody Disney characters! 😂😂😂 I know some people think Disney is commercial tripe but I’m already counting down the days until Christmas so you can guess my viewpoint on that! I just love it. It feels magical and it makes the kids and ya big kids happy. 😊 Who’s with me? #disneylandparis #disneyland #bigkid #familyfun
